Planned, not patched
Every installation starts with an assessment of what you already have and what the business actually needs. We form a plan, discuss it with you, and only then introduce equipment or make changes. Once it is in, the network goes onto a maintenance plan so it keeps performing rather than slowly degrading.
Remote and multi-site access
If you have staff working off-site or more than one location, we set up VPN access so people reach the systems they need without exposing your network. Firewalls and proxies are designed and configured as part of the same picture, not bolted on afterwards.
Common questions
Can you work with our existing cabling and equipment?
Usually, yes. The assessment tells us what is worth keeping and what is holding the network back. We would rather reuse sound infrastructure than replace it for the sake of it — and we will say so plainly when something genuinely does need replacing.
Do you cover wireless coverage problems?
Yes. Wireless network infrastructure installation is part of what we do, including addressing dead spots and coverage that has not kept up with how the building is used.
Do you supply the hardware as well?
Yes — we handle desktop and server hardware sales and support alongside installation, so the equipment and the people configuring it are the same accountable party.
